Page Settings

Setting the page name, description and other info.

You don't have to think about meta tags or sitemaps. But you do need to give your pages names, descriptions and a bit of information so they are visible on search engines.

Page Settings

Open a page and click the SEO button. Each field maps to something concrete in the deployed site.

Slug

The page URL. This is lowercased, with dashes.

Page Title

What shows in the browser tab and search results (the <title> tag).

Page Description

The meta description search engines show under your title in results.

Social Image (Open Graph)

The image that appears when someone shares the page on social media or in chat apps. Upload one per page.

Allow search engines to index

A toggle. Leave it on for normal pages. Turn it off for anything you don't want in Google (a thank-you page, a private landing page).

Page Layout

Which layout wraps this page (header/footer). See Navigation for how layouts work.

Click Save Page when you're done.
